at the end of the stay, if it is not performed by the tenant, a house cleaning
fee of 40 € will be charged..
Deposit : 100 € per chalet or mobil-home on the day of arrival, returned the day of departure after appraisal.
Pets : 1 animal maximum per tenancy, kept on a leash, animals must have up to date vaccination doccuments, dogs which fall under the 1st catagory are prohibited.
Reservation : obligatory with the remittance of a down payment of 25 %
